RETURNS & REFUNDS

OUR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE

At Fashion Istar Glow, we hold our apparel, cultural attire, and beauty products to the highest standards of luxury and quality. We want you to feel radiant in every piece you purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

STANDARD RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all Fashion Istar Glow tags permanently attached.

NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

For strict hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates & Underwear: All intimate apparel.
  • Health & Beauty: All makeup, lotions, soaps, and skincare products.
  • The Accessory Suite: Wigs, headwraps, and pierced jewelry.
  • Custom/Altered Items: Any traditional African attire (Ankara) or Muslim wear (Abayas/Kaftans) that has been customized or altered specifically for your measurements.
  • Sale Items: Any items purchased at a discounted rate or during a promotional period.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

We process all returns through our dedicated style concierge to ensure a smooth experience.

  1. Contact Us: Send a message to our team via our official WhatsApp or email us at support@fashionistarglow.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please attach clear photos if an item is defective or damaged.
  3. Approval: Once authorized, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a different size in an eligible garment, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
