We know how excited you are to receive your items. Whether you are ordering a show-stopping formal gown, an intricately patterned Ankara set, or premium beauty essentials, we take the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your order so it arrives in pristine condition.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are subject to a standard processing time before they are shipped.

  • Ready-to-Wear & Beauty: Processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
  • Custom or Sourced Cultural Wear: Processing may take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the intricacy of the garment and sourcing requirements.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

We partner with premium couriers to ensure the safe delivery of your luxury goods. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly based on the destination country (typically 7–14 business days).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

For our international clients purchasing global fashion, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fashion Istar Glow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. We cannot predict what these particular charges may be, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If the tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, reach out to our concierge team at contact@fashionistarglow.com or via phone at 405-371-2593, and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.
